To start with, I'm retired. I was always a "macho man" , and one of the hardest things for me as I got older was to admit there are things that I shouldn't do anymore. I gradually started to lose the strength that I used to have. I graduated to 25 lb bags of salt, but even that started to be to heavy, and that is really hard for me to admit. It's also 16 stairs down to my softener. The best thing I ever did was make a call to Great Water. My knees and hips thanked me, and my wife quit nagging that I was going to have a heart attack .It is well worth a little extra money to have it delivered and installed in the brine tank. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to choose Great Water USA for our well water filtration needs in our first home! From the initial consultation to the final installation of our reverse osmosis system, the entire experience was fantastic! Steve, who originally met with my fiancée for the consultation, was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was honest, transparent, and straight to the point. There was no pressure, no unnecessary upselling, and none of that typical salesman attitude. He took the time to explain our options, recommended only what we actually needed, and provided a fair and reasonable price. It was such a refreshing experience! We also had the pleasure of speaking with Tina over the phone, who helped coordinate everything and get our installation scheduled. She was friendly, helpful, and made the entire scheduling process smooth and easy! Then came Dave for the installation, and he was just as wonderful! Kind, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. He was also extremely patient with my fiancée and me as we went back and forth trying to decide on the perfect location for the system. LOL! He never made us feel rushed and made sure we were completely happy with everything. As first-time homeowners, finding trustworthy companies that genuinely care about their customers means so much to us. Great Water USA delivered exactly that! A huge thank you to Steve, Tina, Dave, and the Great Water USA team for making this process so easy and enjoyable. We highly recommend them!

Great Waters USA was amazing! I had not called about my water softener not working for about 6 months or more. I live in Frankfort and my water is a community well. I searched up water softener repair & Great Water came up … I called, made an appt – they came out w/i a week & they fixed my softener. It was a part that was bad. Now my softener works perfectly!! I give them ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We moved in to our new house and needed to change our reverse osmosis system filters, but didn't know where to look locally. Found Great Water USA, used the online form to share specific serial numbers for my RO system while they were closed, and the next day they reached out to confirm they had my filters in stock. Picked them up the next day. Super helpful!

I’ve been doing business with Steve @ Great water since 2021. The quality of their products, quick response, and value for customers is above all. Steve came out to test my water to discover the water was fine, but it was another issue due to a water heater. I tried paying him for his time out to my place, and he wouldn’t accept anything. Honest people like this is hard to find. I highly recommend using great water for all your water needs!!!
